Hosted and Co-Location Services

Hosted Disaster Recovery Network

CCS has a primary Network Operation Center located in Irving, Texas and a backup Network Operation Center located in Englewood, CO. Both of these NOCs are Class A facilities, have full backup diesel generator power, complete climate and humidity control, raised floors, UPS backup system, 24 x 7 Security with video surveillance, 24 x 7 server monitoring, and 24X7 staff on-site. Multiple network providers are used to provide redundancy and duplication between the NOCs.

Through these two facilities, CCS is able to provide several services that can be invaluable for emergency response and business continuity. To complement our satellite network connectivity, CCS offers Hosted VoIP and SIP service that can provide dial tone anywhere in the world across a satellite connection or Internet connection. This service currently supports Polycom, Avaya/Nortel, and Cisco VoIP and SIP phones. A local prefix can also be assigned to these phones allow the end user to have the luxury of having a local phone number for their customers or citizens to call. VoIP and SIP trunking can also be provided to allow for connections into a VoIP or SIP PBX or Gateway.

CCS also allows our customers to place your web and other data services at one or both of our NOCs. This allows you 100% control over your own data services and provides you a critical backup location in the event that your primary service goes down or fails. This service includes:

  • Exclusive use of your server; no sharing with any other customer
  • Secure Office/Rack Space for your Server at our site
  • Dedicated access to our high-speed, high-reliability connections to the global Internet, via 10Mbit or 100Mbit LAN
  • Housing of the system in our secure, environmentally controlled facility.
  • Full Backup-Power No Local Loop or Telco Charges
  • Full Control of your own servers via Terminal Services, VNC, Remote Desktop, SSH or PCAnywhere

Hosted Emergency Notification Services

One of the first and most important steps of any emergency response operation is to quickly notify all required resources of when and where they need to report. It is also critical for the customer to be able to verify some information from these employees; can they report, what time can they report, are they physically able to report, etc.

Once this information is gathered, the system administrators can be provided a report that gives them an immediate roster and status report. Our system can contact multiple communication devices including cell phone, land lines, pagers, text messaging, and email. CCS hosts and maintains the solution ensuring your service is always up and available.
