It has been an interesting 2022 as we near the midway point of the year. It is no secret that the supply chain issues and labor shortages are affecting all manufacturers including CCS. Sales and interest in the CCS product line remains strong, but we are experiencing longer intervals on our build outs because of part shortages and we are down a few headcount in our production staff. Our customers have been very understanding, but it is frustrating having to deal with these lingering affects of COVID and what it has done to our economy. We try to keep our heads down and stay focused on the tasks at hand.
CCS has continued to roll out new MERC mobile command centers to new clients including recent deliveries to Bastrop County, TX, Karnes County Sheriff’s Office in Texas, Harris County, and Charter Communications based in Englewood Colorado. The Bastrop County unit will be on display at the Texas Department of Emergency Management Show in San Antonio, TX on Tuesday, May 31- Friday June 3, 2022, at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center (https://www.tdem.texas.gov/conference).

CCS continues to work on new product development with several new offers. CCS has partnered with JPS on coming out with two new versions of our PERC kits that incorporate their Z2 and ACU-M products into the PERC to provide radio interoperability. We have also developed with our partners at Zumro Air Shelters a new inflatable tower system that can stored in a portable case and runs off a small 12 volt battery. All of this equipment will be on display at the TDEM conference later this month.

Much more on these new products will be posted soon! For any information please contact us at 972-772-2721 or www.comprehensivecom.net .
